We suggest that each item of clothing and equipment be labeled with the Scout's name, address, and troop number. This will be helpful in returning items lost at camp.
Also, the Scout's must uderstand the following rule: No one is allowed access to another person's foot locker or to handle the property of another person without that person's permission.
