AGREEMENT
I agree to abide by the Scout Oath, the Scout Law and the Totin' Chip program at all times. Dear Scout and Parents:
This form is necessary and required for receipt of a knife set. No boy will be given a knife unless this form is turned in. We regard knife safety as an important component of the scouting program and will do everything in our power to teach your son(s) the correct use and care of a knife. No boy is allowed to possess a knife at a troop activity without first completing the required training as confirmed by the completion of Totin' chip.

Yours in Scouting,

Michael Abrahamson
