Troop 68 Parent’s Meeting
April 5, 2004

The following people were in attendance: Bill Amidon, Andy Spalla, Frank Chudy, Pam Ales. Mike Ales, John O'Neill, Kathleen Pierce, Cheryl Gustaveson, Brian Pecora

Andy Spalla called the meeting to order at 7:43 p.m. followed by the pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary's Report
    A Printed Report from last meeting was handed out and approved.

Treasurers Report:
    A Printed Report was handed out.

    The final Pasta Dinner numbers were reviewed.

Scoutmaster's Report
    No Report

Committee Chair's Report
    This upcoming month's calendar was discussed.

    4/9: No Troop Meeting (Good Friday)
    4/13: District Roundtable
    4/23-25: Camping Trip to Devil's Hopyard - Fishing Merit Badge
    4/30-5/2: Merchant Marine Camporee
    5/3: Parents Meeting
    5/11: District Roundtable
    5/14-16: Council Extravaganza at North Haven Fairgrounds
    5/31: Memorial Day Parade

    We will carpool to the Merchant Marine Camporee, meet at 4:00.

Venture Crew 68:
    They are going to the Extravaganza and running a minature golf exhibit.

Venture Crew 868:
    They went shooting at the Bridgeport Gun Range
