Andy Spalla called the meeting to order at 7:43 p.m. followed by the pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary's Report
    A printed report from last meeting was handed out and approved.

Treasurers Report:
    A Printed Report was handed out.
    Yankee Candle sale brought in $2300 ($920 net).
    The popcorn sale brought in $1600 ($530 net).

Scoutmaster's Report
    No Report.

Committee Chair's Report
    This upcoming month's calendar was discussed.
    We have been offered a space at the Merchant Marine Academy Camporee. This will be presented to the PLC for approval.

Venture Crew:
    All is working well, several trips and activities are being planned.

Old Business:
    Ad book sales for the Pasta Dinner were discussed.
    Plans for the upcoming High Adventure trip to Northern Tier were discussed. The response from the boys is rather slow. We need to excite them about the trip.

New Business:
    We should try to start the feast at this month's camping trip earlier so we are not eating at 8:00.
