Troop 68 Parent’s Meeting
October 7, 2002

The following people were in attendance: Kathleen Abrahamson, Michael Abrahamson, John O’Neill, Michael Golrick, Andy Spalla, William Amidon, Frank Chudy, Doug Sutherland, Steve Lemoine, Rich Alesevich, Dwight Ely, Rich Guerra, Cheryl Gustaveson, Charlotte Card.

The meeting was called to order by Andy Spalla at 7:37p.m., followed by the pledge of Allegiance.

Committee Chair’s Report
    This upcoming month’s calendar was discussed. 
    Hunter Palmer has volunteered to coordinate Scouting for Food this year.

Old Business:
    Adventures in Scouting Committee was discussed & motion made to formally recognize the formation of the Adventure in Scouting Committee. The motion was voted and passed. The first event will be a Car Wash @ St. Theresa's from 8am - 3pm on Saturday 10/12. The price will be $5.00 for wash & $2.00 for vacuum

    October 12th the Troop will be selling hot dogs @ Plasko Farms from 10am - 6pm.

New Business:
    Andy Spalla will be working on his tickets and will be offering 3 mini courses on the following:
        1) Boards of Review
        2) Boy lead -v- Adults lead.
        3) Troop Committee Challenge
