The meeting was called to order by Andy Spalla at 7:32 PM, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary’s Report
    The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as corrected.

Treasurer's Report
    A printed statement was distributed.
    The Scouts earned $732 for their Scout Accounts from the Popcorn Sale.
    Dues collection is in good shape, only $482 remains outstanding.

Scoutmaster’s Report
    A printed report was distributed

Committee Chair’s Report
    We registered 47 Scouts and 56 Adults on this year's Charter

    1/15 – District Roundtable
    1/18-20 – Klondike Derby at Camp Mattatuck
    2/3 - Scout Sunday at 9:00 Mass at St. Theresa Church
    2/3 - Troop PLC at 4:30, followed by a Super Bowl party at the Belaus' house
    2/4 – Parents Meeting
    2/8-10 - Troop Ski Trip at Camp Sequassen
    2/9,16,23 - Merit Badge College
    2/22 - No Meeting due to School Vacation

New Business
    The planning for our Seabase Trip is progressing well, more details will be coming.
    The proper gear for Winter camping was discussed. There is a document under resources on the web site.

Old Business
    Youth Protection Video is still available for those adults that have not seen it yet, let Mr. Amidon knows if you still need to view it.
