The meeting was called to order by Mike Abrahamson at 7:48PM, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary's Report
    The minutes of the last meeting were accepted.

Treasurer's Report
    A statement of the account balances was handed out.
    We only have about $100 left in cash balance, but the dues and Scout Accounts need to be reconciled.
    Most of the year's expenses have been paid.
    The Scout Accounts and the Charter lists were discussed.
    We are still sitting on 16 boxes of candy from the fund-raiser. Various ideas were discussed about what to do with them.

Scoutmaster's Report
    A printed report was distributed.
    We have a new slate of officers.
    We had a successful Court of Honor and holiday party last month.

    Andy Spalla called at 8:15 to inform us that the Parent's meeting had been cancelled due to inclement weather.
