The meeting was called to order by Andy Spalla at 7:40 PM, followed by the pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary’s Report

    The minutes of the last meeting were accepted.
    Copies of the Troop Calendar were available.

Scoutmaster's Report

    A printed report was distributed

Committee Chair’s Report

    No date has been set for the December Caroling
    The troop will be able to go back to West Point again this year, a cadet has volunteered to sponsor.
    Rules for the gym were discussed and written copies were available for review.
    A reminder to update the medical files for the troop was discussed.
    4 cases of candy have been sold and popcorn sales are ongoing, money is to be collected on the 10th.
    Kathleen Abrahamson has taken over as the new secretary.

    A request was made by the Scoutmaster to allocate funds for new flagpoles
    Motion was made and passed to allocate $200 to buy a new flag and, accessories.
