The minutes of the last meeting were accepted.

There was no statement of the accounts distributed.

There was very little activity this past month, only one check came in.

We are still waiting for all the popcorn money to be collected. Only about half of the money has been turned in.

A printed report was distributed.

This has been a quiet month.

The Troop JLT has been moved to January 15^th. The location will be announced later.

1/11 - District Roundtable

1/15 – Troop JLT (1-6pm)

1/21,22,23 – District Camporee - Klondike Derby – Putnam Park in Redding.

2/6 – Scout Sunday. All Scouts are expected to attend the 9:00 Mass at St Theresa Church. We will meet in the School at 8:45. A pancake breakfast will follow the Mass in the School.

2/7 – Parent’s meeting

2/8 – District Roundtable

2/11,12,13 – Campout and Ski Trip at Sequassen. The troop needs an adult coordinator for the ski trip. Please contact Andy Spalla if interested.

The candy bar sales are on hold until the PLC makes a request to get more cases.

The Quartermaster has purchased a cook stand, water jug and 3 dishpans for $44.

A discussion was held about what should be done to make sure gear is returned timely and cleaned.

The new system for tracking the gear is working well, but there are still Scouts that are not bringing the gear back on time. The Quartermaster will implement the following procedure:

"If the gear is not returned complete and properly cleaned by the gear pickup following the gear return (when the gear was originally due back), an invoice for the missing items will be sent to the Scout’s home."

A price list for the gear will be available at the meetings. Scouts will be responsible for replacing lost gear.

Michael Card’s Eagle Court of Honor will be held Sunday January 9 at 2PM in St Andrew Church Hall.
